A Vision Rooted in Heritage & Innovation

SYCA was founded with a vision to bridge cultures and inspire youth through the arts. Guided by our founder Hu Gang, a leader in education and sports event management with over 20 years of experience, we have grown into a trusted institution both locally and internationally. SYCA strives to make cultural exploration accessible and impactful for youth, families, and communities.

With extensive expertise in Education and Sports Marketisation Management, Hu Gang has reshaped cultural education and engagement in Singapore. His passion for fostering multicultural collaboration and personal development drives SYCA’s initiatives and partnerships.
